Guaranteed Issue Voluntary Payroll Deduction Life Insurance
Payroll deduction for the employees the employer doesn’t want to pay for. If there are at least 15 employees (some 1099’s allowed on a case by case scenario) the program is available. No minimum on the number of people who buy. The first attachment is the prequalification form to confirm the carrier will allow the group. The rest of the attachments are the rates for the different products.
